`namespace_id`	`string`	The namespace's id. Required.
`key`	`string`	The list's key. Required.
`values`	`bytes[]`	The values to push, each base64, pushed in order (the last ends first). Required.

`version`	`uint64`	The list's version after the push.

#Errors

UNAUTHENTICATED — No valid key or token was presented.
PERMISSION_DENIED — The key lacks the method's permission.
INVALID_FIELD — A field failed validation.
RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND — The named Resource does not exist or is not visible.
