Platforms
Build your product on Sylphx.
Sylphx for Platforms is for a company that builds its own product on Sylphx and serves its own customers on it.
The offer
Your product, our backend
You build the product and you serve your customers on it: your brand, your relationship with them, your decision about what it does. Sylphx is the backend under it — the platform services listed on the products index, reached through the same one account, one key system and one bill that every other Sylphx customer uses.
Nothing about this is sold as a separate product today. There is no published plan for it, no self-service signup and no partnership programme, and this page promises no feature, price, commitment or date that is not already published on this site. What it does is say how to ask, and what to put in the ask.
Applying
One email to the company contact mailbox
There is no application form: the channel is the mailbox, and the address in the button above already has the subject and the questions in it.
The application goes to the company contact mailbox, contact@sylphx.com — the same address listed for everything that does not fit a named mailbox on the contact page. Anything a form would collect is written into the email instead, and you can read exactly what you are sending.
A useful application answers five things:
- Who you are, and the company that would hold the account.
- What you build, in plain language.
- Roughly how many end customers you serve on it today.
- Where you host today, and what that costs you.
- What you need from the platform that you do not have now.
If your product already runs on us, say so — that is the most useful thing an application can contain.
Next
Read what is already published
Everything this page does not promise is somewhere on this site, and one of these pages is the honest answer.
- The docs — what the platform does today and how to drive it, service by service.
- The pricing page — what each published plan includes, and what usage costs.
- Status — live health for every platform service, with the endpoints behind the page.
- The contact page — every mailbox this site publishes, and what each one owns.
