Traces

A Trace is every span sharing one W3C trace id in a project environment.

A Trace is every span sharing one W3C trace id in a project environment. The id is t followed by the 32-hex trace id.

#Fields

Field	Type	What it is
name	string	orgs/{org}/projects/{project}/envs/{env}/traces/{trace}.
uid	string	trc_<cell><ulid>; never reused. Output only.
meta	ResourceMeta	Resource metadata.
trace_id	string	The W3C trace id (32 hex). Output only.
root_span_name	string	The root span's name. Output only.
root_service_name	string	The root span's service. Output only.
start_time	timestamp	The earliest span start. Output only.
end_time	timestamp	The latest span end. Output only.
has_error	bool	Whether any span has an error status. Output only.
spans	Span[]	Every span, in start order; empty in query results. Output only.
