sylphx keys key_versions
Every sylphx keys key_versions command: its argument, its flags and a run line.

Gets a key version.
NAME — the resource's name; a bare id is enough below the linked
project.

key's scope when it is left out.

Schedules a key version's destruction after a 24-hour grace; the primary version cannot be destroyed.
