能力
無需 Dockerfile 都能建置，當然也可以用；原始碼讀取的是指定 commit 的版本。
建置在 Sandboxes 租約上執行，整個專案共用一個快取。
每個映像會寫入 Artifacts，附上 SBOM 與用金鑰簽署的 SLSA provenance。
