没有 Dockerfile 也能构建，也可以使用；源代码读取的是指定 commit 的版本。
构建在 Sandboxes 租约上运行，整个项目共享一个缓存。
每个镜像写入 Artifacts，附带 SBOM 和用密钥签名的 SLSA provenance。
